There are many “new” agents taking advantage of the current incredibly heated market. I established my business initially and consistently with Integrity, Diligence, Persistence, and full Commitment to quality service, especially during that period of time when the market was in a downturn over 12 years ago. Not many agents wanted to put much effort or time to sell homes in a challenging market and so many agents dropped out of the market. I never gave up and made it through and proved to myself that it can be done successfully! Most importantly, I don’t believe success for a real estate agent should be measured by how much money the agent makes. My definition of success in this business is measured by the level of my client’s satisfaction and therefore I focus on the attentive quality of service for all of my client’s best interests rather than the volume mindset service most agents focus on. Furthermore, I believe these transactions create relationships for a lifetime. Gone are the days when you own or sell a home after 30 years. As your life changes, so do your home. This is my career, not just a side excursion to supplement my main job, and I love what I do and love putting big smiles on my client’s faces after each transaction. I want them to smile when they think of me as their Realtor. Please be cautious of new agents or so-called team leaders/members with flashy advertisements. Most of them won’t or don’t hold your hands every step of the way. They are just good at selling themselves, and their ads, and looking for volume sales.
